Objectives

1.To give and provide the opportunity/ chance to every individual human beings for the implementation of research in each and every field of the work and activities in the direction of human interrelation.

2.To bring, organize and assemble the people who are interested in research activities and to develop the dynamic integrated systems to transfer, gain and share their knowledge/ skills/ experience in formulating dynamic integrated organizations.

3.To find, analysis, organize and assemble each and every day to day issues, problems, questions, conflicts, challenges and situations of living beings and non-living objects by organizing meetings/ conferences/ workshops/ symposium and etc., through dynamic integrated organizations.

4.To create, establish, formulate and develop a dynamic system which enhances the curiosity and excitement to improve the imagination, analytical and decision making skills to find the way of solutions in each and every problems, questions, conflicts, challenges and situations of living beings and non-living objects.

5.To give, get, find, analysis and solve the solutions for the day to day problems, questions, conflicts, challenges and situations by systematic approach and framing and submitting the projects and proposals with work tasks through dynamic integrated organizations from the internal members (full time researchers and workers) collaborating with the external people who are from outside of this organization.

6.To join, collaborate, organize and assemble the interested researchers/ academicians/ faculties/ industrialists/ engineers/ workers/ etc., who are already affiliated to other organization/ academics/ universities/ faculties/ departments/ industries/ corporations/ etc., from India and abroad into Aaivalayam as visiting, guest, part-time, partial-time, limited-time and few-time researchers and workers holding a dual affiliation status for the betterment of society.

7.To appoint, join, collaborate, organize and assemble the researchers and workers from India or abroad for framing and submitting the projects and proposals with work tasks to get and collect financial and other supports from the government and private organization through Aaivalayam (Research Foundation) by working as full-time, part-time, partial-time and few-time researchers and workers into this organization by accepting the concept of dual working status.

8.To alternate, change, exchange and transfer the government and private project proposals funds, materials, infrastructures and all other related to projects and proposals from the interested external researcher and workers into Aaivalayam for the improvement and execution of their choices, interests and preferences along with contribution to our dynamic integrated organizations.

9.To initiate, run, collaborate and integrate research in different fields of life sciences to study and understand the structure and problems in all internal organs of the human body and to fulfill the internal needs of human body such as food, nutrients, medicine, etc.

10.To initiate, run, collaborate and integrate research in wearable and cosmetic sciences to fulfill all the external needs of human body and also to initiate research to safeguard the external organs/species from the small external forces.

11.To initiate, run, collaborate and integrate research in engineering sciences to execute the safety measures or safeguard from the extreme external forces to protect human beings and communities.

12.To initiate, run, collaborate and integrate research in transportation sciences to make travel easy and to transport the materials needed for life, wearables and engineering sciences in order to reach out the rural and urban villages in a convenient way.

13.To initiate, run, collaborate and integrate research in communication sciences plays a medium of transfer of energy between individuals and group of human beings and which acts as bridge between life, wearable, engineering and transportation sciences.

14.To initiate, run, promote and develop innovative dynamically integrated nursery school to the children from the age group of 3 to 5 years to initiate the children to be in independent environment, socialize and to learn simultaneously from surrounding and nature in a systematic approach organized by the dynamic integrated research organization.

15.To initiate, run, promote and develop primary schools to the children from 5 to 10 years to introduce the innovative dynamically integrated environment to learn independently and create active learning environment.

16.To establish, run, promote and develop dynamically integrated higher education schools, institutes and colleges including Technical Educational Institutions, ITI, Polytechnic, Engineering Colleges, Medical Colleges, Teacher Training Institution, Paramedical Institution, Arts & Science Colleges, Computer Courses and Management Institutions and other educational institution to collaborate with internal and external organizations in order to make students get involved into the research field and also to work independently and collaboratly.

17.To establish, run, promote and develop dynamically integrated universities and collaborate with internal and external organizations such colleges, research institutions, universities, etc.

18.To create, encourage and develop the entrepreneurship for interested people who will become an entrepreneur by facilitating and giving them constant support by sharing information, materials, infrastructure and providing financial support fully or partially through dynamic integrated organization.

19.To create, establish, design, organize, generate and produce several job opportunities in every field to the unskilled, illiterate, underprivileged, needy, proletariat people in our dynamic integrated research organization for the empowerment of their life.

20.To conduct, organize and arrange several national and international meetings/ conferences/ workshops/ symposium/ exhibitions/ refreshment courses/ faculty development/ enlighten programs/ summer internship programs/ awareness program and other events to share scientific and social knowledge in order to make co-ordination among various internal and external scientific-social organizations in order to promote the importance of research.

21.To establish, run, promote, publish and advertise the websites, blogs, electronic and printed copies in the form of newspapers, bulletins, fact sheets, reports, summaries, notes, portable guides, books, encyclopedias, proceedings, manuscripts, thesis, magazines, journals, letters, posters, poetries, stories, documentaries, movies, films, jingles, games, audio-video programs and tapes in the field of various sciences and social fields with the collaboration of internal and external organizations.

22.To adopt, initiate, run, maintain, promote and develop research activities for improving and integrating the villages/ town/ cities/ metros with high standards.

23.To establish, run, promote, provide, share and give the materials, infrastructures and financial support to all the internal and external schools/ colleges/ institutions/ universities/ faculties/ departments/ inter-departments/ integrated-inter-departments/ centers/ fields/ sectors/ laboratories/ research groups/ industries/ corporations/ companies/ business/ trades/ firms/ concerns etc.

24.To establish, run, promote and provide new class of dynamically integrated education especially to the downtrodden and economically weak people without any distinction and discrimination against any individual because of race, color, national origin, sate origin, marital status, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, religion, caste, creed, height, weight, or veteran status etc.

25.To raise funds from internal members, external people, public, philanthropic minded individuals, banks, financial sectors, academic institutions, Government and Public Institutions, societies, charitable and public trusts and multinational companies by way of subscriptions, donations, grants, gifts, legacies, loans and other contributions both from India and abroad as per the norms of the government to attain/execute the objectives of the Trust.

26.To invest, share, bear, stock, exchange, spend, expend, advance, provide, supply, put in and venture the money, cash, funds, capital, currency, wealth, change, coin, currency, gold, any materials, etc., into stocks, marketing, business, trades, mutual schemes, banks, financial sectors, insurances, etc., for raising funds to attain the objectives of the Trust.

27.To pay, provide and give scholarship, stipends, prizes, rewards, allowance and other financial assistance or help in cash to students, researchers with a view to encourage them in executing their studies in schools, colleges, educational institutions, technical institutions, art schools, institutions teaching commercial and other arts including teaching of cultural arts or other training, research or educational works in India or abroad.

28.To pay, sponsor, provide and give scholarship, stipends, prizes, rewards, allowance and other financial assistance or help in cash to entrepreneurs and workers including training with a view to help them in executing their work in industries, corporations, companies, business, trades, firms, concerns, etc., in India or abroad. 29.To establish, run, promote and provide sponsorship for various internal and external educational institutes to implement the concept of dynamically integrated education to people from different region for improving their social and economic empowerment.

30.To pay, sponsor, provide and give scholarship/stipend to the people those who are interested in research in any field even to those who are working in industry or any other private institutions.

31.To render, advice, guide, give and provide various services such as counseling, consultancy and career guidance for the improvement of the students, researchers, workers, staff, faculty, etc., who are internal and external members of the organizations.

32.To establish, run, maintain and promote various cultural events like music, drama, dance, movies and other fine arts activities to the internal and external members of the organizations.

33.To spend any portion of the corpus or the income of the trust fund for purchasing any land and or constructing any building or buildings for and in the name of the trust for the purpose of carrying out promoting and/or executing any or all of the objectives of the trust.

34.To authorize anyone or more trustees to hold any property, any fund, or any investment of the trust subjected to the terms of these presents in such a manner and subject to such terms and conditions, rules and regulations as the Board of Trustees may from time to time think fit and proper.

35.The income and funds available with the trust shall solely be utilized for the achievement of the objects of the trust and it shall not be diverted for the purpose other than the achievement of the objectives of the trust and no portion of it will be utilized for payment to the Trustees/office bearers by way of profit/dividend/interest etc.

36.To open, establish, run, maintain and promote many main/ branches of dynamic integrated organizations with the name of Aaivalayam in India and abroad including main/ branch offices with their premises of obeying and following their rules and regulation for the propaganda of integrated dynamic culture in the human society.

37.To takeover or absorb any existing charitable institutions having similar objects of the Trust with movable and immovable properties.
