Aaivalayam is a Non-Profitable Charitable Trust founded by Dr. Sathish Chander Dhanabalan in 2018 registered under Indian Trust act 1882.
The main objectives of Aaivalayam is to formulate a research organization which is dynamic integration of academics and industries that are cooperative, productive, and creative for the welfare and betterment of the society as a whole, is committed to a policy of non-discrimination for providing equal opportunity to all persons and will not discriminate against any individual because of race, colour, national origin, state origin, marital status, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, religion, caste, creed, height, weight, or veteran status etc.,
Whereas the Aaivalayam is desirous of establishing or funding programme that would provide sustained support to enhance education & research of all kinds, aid of handicapped and poor children by aiding or assisting, education, medical, technological Charitable Institution or other Institution of an allied or similar nature and affording relief in case of distress, disease, ignorance and social evils and to train and equip them to be self supporting to lead a honourable and decent way of life.
The Trust is irrevocable. The Trust will not carry on any activity with the intention of earning profit. The activities of the trust shall be carried out in India. No activity of the trust will be carried outside India. The income and funds of the trust will be solely utilized towards the objectives and no portion of it will be utilized for the payment to Trustees by way of profit, interest, dividends, etc.
